Due to the fact that I'm going to be busy quite a bit during the school year and I cannot be on 24/7, I am going to need extra help. I need at least four moderators to help me run the site. This is a necessity and should not be taken lightly. If you think you can do it, read below and then click here to apply.

When become a moderator, you have to consider how often you will be on. Don't sign on because it looks fun and you think you might be able to do it. Be sure that you can do it as consistently as possible. If you are inactive then not only will I take your character away but I will take your position away too. I don't play games with stuff. Also if I ask you to do something, that means that I expect it to get done. When we get to the point where we have four moderators it won't be a problem of workload. If you don't want to do anything, don't waste my time.

Basically what you will have to do is minor. It may involve graphics, coding, fixing mistakes, looking for mistakes, monitoring members and threads, or anything I ask you to do that I trust you with. Most of what you are assigned will be based on your criteria that you lay out. All of you will most likely be handling profiles. You will all have the ability to say yes or no and let the person go to post, but I will have the final say. If you say no, don't touch it until I get to it. If you say yes, I'll review it and unless it's absolutely horrible, I'll let it pass. This just keeps things fluid.
